An impromptu concert in the new cellar
During a cellar visit, soprano Francesca Lanza agreed to test out the acoustics of the new cellar. The periodic splatting sounds are the grapes tumbling down per caduta into the wooden fermentation vats. We picked one corner of the lowest vineyard today and will resume picking in the middle of next week.
